Ingredients

    Chicken, mushrooms, celery, kale, bok choi, cauliflower, instant Tom Yum paste (available at Asian stores), chow mien noodles, sasame oil, soy sauce.

Directions

Add Instant Tom Yum Paste and soy sauce to 2.5 c water.

Add thinly sliced chicken and simmer until almost cooked.

Add veggies and cook until tender-crisp.

Add sesame oil and serve. Also serve with thinly-sliced green onion to garnish, if desired.

    My husband is from Thailand and we make Tom Yom Goong ( Goong is Thai for shrimp) quite often. We have made it with chicken, but never with the other veggies (we usually just put mushrooms.) The addition of the vegetables is a great way to increase the nutrional value!
