    Tomato paste 1/2 cup
    Taco Seasoning (40% less sodium) 1/2 package
    Canned Salsa 1/2 cup
    Extra Lean Ground Beef 1/2 pound
    Onion chopped 1/4 cup
    Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
    6 Flour Tortillas


Preheat oven to 375*. Brown Beef and Onions together in skillet. In a small bowl combine tomato paste, taco seasoning and salsa. Once the beef and onions are browned, place equal amounts of beef into flour tortillas then roll them up. Place the filled and rolled tortillas in 9X13 in casserole dish. Cover tortillas with Salsa mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Place into preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese starts bubbling. Makes 6 individual enchiladas.
