    2 pkg instant yeast

    ½ cup oil

    ¼ cup brown sugar

    3 cups whole-wheat flour

    Rest white flour (to make stiff dough)

    2 cups bran

    5-6 cups water

    1 tbsp salt

    2 tbsp molasses

    1 tbsp vinegar

    2 tbsp dough enhancer (stony brook pantry)

    1-cup oat bran if you like


Add all ingredients in a bowl and let rise in the bowl . Punch it down and put in pans . gives 5 loafs. Let rise till pans are nice and full. bake at 350 for 35 min or until done
