Introduction

From a recipe I found here on SP, but used less oil and made more servings, so needed to recalculate the NI. From a recipe I found here on SP, but used less oil and made more servings, so needed to recalculate the NI.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 T plus 2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. ranch dressing powder

Directions

Rinse and drain beans. Put in bowl and toss with oil. Add seasoning and mix well.

Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Roast in 400 F oven for up to 45 minutes. Check each 15 minutes to stir.

They're done when they're brown and crispy. Takes 30 to 45 minutes.

    Sounds yummy. I do something similar in a pan on the range with a sprinkle of parmesan. I will have to give this a try. Thanks! - 2/17/09
