    2 carrots peeled and sliced
    1/2 red onion, diced
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    4 large mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 can of corn, salt free
    2 small zucchini sliced
    1 pound turkey burger thawed
    6 cups water
    2 TB basil
    1tsp Oregano
    1 TB marjoram
    1 TB thyme


Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Stir. Cook on high until it comes to a boil, then put heat on low and simmer for about 1 1/2 more hours. Serves at least 12.
