Introduction

This is very good served over pasta or polenta. This is very good served over pasta or polenta.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 med. chicken breast, boneless skinless
    1/2 med. onion, chopped
    1 c chopped green peppers
    1 c chopped mushrooms
    1 jar Ragu Light No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil Sauce

Directions

Spray skillet with butter spray and cook onions and green peppers. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to skillet. Cook until veggies are soft and chicken is cooked through. Reduce heat to simmer and add Ragu. Stir well and simmer until heated through.
