Number of Servings: 2

    3 tbsp all purpose flour

    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 lb turkey breast cutlets
    2 tsp olive oil, divided

For some reason the nutritional info is off from what I have. The Turkey meat is suposed to be raw turkey cutlets. This is the information I have:
Cal 268, Fat 5.4g, PRO 43.3g, CARB 10.6g, CHOL 68mg, IRON 2.8mg, SOD 446 CALC 5mg Sorry for the confusion...
Yeild: 2 servings (about 5 oz of turkey)
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour; set aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over med heat. Add half of cutlets; cook 3 minutes until lightly browned, turning once. Remove cutlets from pan and keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining 1 tsp oil and cutlets. Sprinkle cutlets with lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices if deisred.
