Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 2 pound boneless pork loin
    1 can of jellied cranberry sauce
    1 12 oz bottle heinz chili sauce

Directions

Open a can of jellied cranberry sauce and a bottle of heinz chili sauce and put in crock pot. Mix ingredients together. Place pork loin in mixture and thoroughly coat. Turn crock pot on high for 3 hours then low for 3 hours covered. Turn meat about 3x during cooking. Take meat out of crock pot and turn up to high as you shred the pork.. the sauce should be reduced then pour it over the pork. DELICIOUS! Makes 10 servings.
