Number of Servings: 24


    2 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup raisins


Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl combine milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Add raisins

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray and bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and cool on wire racks.
