Ingredients

    1 Head of Red Cabbage
    1 Head of Napa Cabbage
    1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
    1 pkg of julienned carrots
    1 bunch of green onions
    1 pkg of slivered almonds
    2 cans of Chinese hard noodles

    Shred both heads of cabbage as well as Romaine lettuce. Slice green onions. Add carrots. Place in a big bowl. In smaller dishes put almonds and hard noodles.
    Have guests put salad portions on their own plates and top with almonds and hard noodles.

    Salad dressing in hand-held blender jar.

    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    ½ cup sugar
    1 clove of minced garlic
    ¼ c onion
    1 tsp of prepared mustard
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    ¼ tsp salt
    Blend all together ,then add ¾ c olive oil and blend again. Pour over individual portions.
