    1/2 butternut squash, 1 sweet potato, 6 carrots, 3 celery sticks, 1 onion, 1cup of lentils, parsley, 2 cups of fresh spinach.


chop squash, potato,carrots, celery and onion in cubes add 250ml of water, salt, peper and a bit cayane peper to taste,add lentils and boil for 20min or untill cooked. Mash it to get that creamy texture. Put parsley and single cream on the top. ENJOY.
