Ingredients

2.5 lbs boneless pork cutlets
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Cut small slits in pork and place in slow cooker lining. Whisk together other ingredients and pour over pork.
Cook on HIGH about 4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours. Baste periodically.
Serving Size: about 3oz with an appropriate amount of the juice.
Note: Recipe works well with chicken breasts too!
