    2.5 lbs boneless pork cutlets
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Cut small slits in pork and place in slow cooker lining. Whisk together other ingredients and pour over pork.

Cook on HIGH about 4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours. Baste periodically.

Serving Size: about 3oz with an appropriate amount of the juice.

Note: Recipe works well with chicken breasts too!

    This was really good. I put some red potatoes in with the pork chops and they were really great. They absorbed the juices..yummy. It was a bit saltier than I had expected- even using the low sodium broth. - 11/3/10

    These were quite delicious! I've made them several times and my family loves it. I agree with some of the other posts about the olive oil. I started halving the amount of oil used and I might use even less the next time I make it. Overall a very delicious and easy to make meal! - 11/16/09

    The flavor was very good. The pork chops were very tender. It was much too oily for me. I don't see any reason for all that olive oil. I'd like to try it again but with way less oil. I think a tablespoon or two of olive oil should be fine. - 4/8/09

  • I've been teaching my slightly-mentally-challenged daughter recipes for a couple years now. She really enjoyed how easy this was to make! Not only that, but she is a very picky eater. She and I both loved the flavor of the juice and the chops. We put the juice on our veggies and mashed potatoes. - 10/6/15

  • This was so good! The pork chops were so tender they were falling apart. I added extra chicken bouillion and served it with saurkraut and pork stuffing. I will make this again and even try it with chicken! - 4/3/09
