    1 bunch of asparagus, with woody end trimmed.
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1tsp salt
    1tsp pepper


Preheat the oven to 450. To trim the asparagus, hold one of the spears roughly at the ends and bend the stem. The stem should snap at the place where the veggie turns from tender to tough. Discard the tough end. Use this spear to judge where you should cut the rest of the bunch.

Coat the asparagus with oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
