Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 cup Celery
    1/2 cup Onions
    1 cup Summer Squash
    1/2 cup Butternut Squash
    1/2 cup Potato
    1/2 cup Carrots
    1/2 cup Cauliflower
    1/4 cup Mushrooms
    1/2 cup Green Pepper
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Mrs Dash


Scrub Potato and Carrot, clean skin of Butternut Squash Do Not Peel. Dice veggies to bite sized pieces.

Heat Olive Oil in fry pan. Add veggies, sir to coat with oil and add desired flavor of Mrs Dash. Let veggies fry for several min then cover to complete cooking. Remove from heat and serve when veggies are just "Crunchy Done".
