Introduction

This is a great way to get your kids to eat carrots! This is a great way to get your kids to eat carrots!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 apple, peeled and grated
    3 eggs (can substitute 3/4 c. Eggbeaters)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Combine first five ingredients. Stir in carrots and apples. Beat last four ingredients in separate bowl. Stir just until combined. Fill tins almost to the top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
