    Ground beef, lean, 24 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
    *Peppers, green bell, fresh, 4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Onions, raw, .333 cup, chopped
    Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    worchestershire sauce, 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp


cook onions with hamburger, mix all other ingrediants in baking casserole dish except peppers and 1/2 c of cheee, cut peppers into eighths and scoop into mixture, bake at 350 for 20 min sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve hot, serving size approx 1/2 c with about 2 pepper pieces.
