    12 fat free tortillas
    1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups salsa
    1 cup cheddar rice shreds (substitute for cheese)
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained


Cook ground turkey, drain.
Add turkey, salsa, drained beans, rice shreds, onion to a big bowl and mix.
Add 1/12th of ingredients to each of the 12 tortillas.
Wrap and freeze for easy, inexpensive, home-made lunch!
