    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, or 11/4 c
    1 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1/3c. fat free sour cream (can use milk)
    1 2/3c. water


Mix stuffing with water. Set aside. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix soup & sour cream. Pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    i measured the serving sizes according to what my family eats. There are 6 of us and this usually lasts more than two meals. Of course those meals usually contain a dish of vegetables and a beverage as well so that probably makes a difference in the serving sizes.
