    2 cup romaine lettuce, broken into pieces

    2 cup red leaf lettuce, broken into pieces

    2 cup arugula, chopped

    1 cup watercress, leaves only

    2 cup Spinach

    1 medium endive, diced

    10 scallion, chopped

    1 cup carrots, grated

    1 cup green peppers, julienned

    2 cups broccoli, chopped

    2 cups grape tomatoes, diced

    1/2 cup garbanzo beans

    1/2 cup black beans

    1 large apple, diced

    1/2 cup cranberries, dried

    1/4 cup flaxseed, ground

    1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds

    1 pack sunflower sprouts


In a large salad bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Mix well and set aside. Serve salad with herb dressing; sprinkle seeds on top.
