Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 28oz jar spaghetti sauce
    2 T. dry white wine
    13.25 oz. package Healthy Harvest spaghetti
    16 oz. package frozen broccoli florets
    1 c. red bell pepper, cut into strips
    2-1/4 oz. can sliced pitted olives (optional)
    Feta cheese


Directions

In small saucepan, stir together pasta sauce, garlic cloves, and wine; heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 min.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package; during last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli, red pepper, and carrots to pot. Drain pasta and veggies.

Spoon sauce over hot pasta. Sprinkle with olives (if desired) and feta cheese.
