Ingredients

    12 small jars of baby food prunes
    3 C firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 C honey
    6 eggs or egg substitute products
    3 t vanilla
    2 C bran cereal
    41/2 C flour
    1 T baking soda
    1 T cinnamon
    1 1/2 t salt
    9 C oats
    1 C raisins
    1 bag of chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350*. Beat together prunes and sugars until creamy, add eggs and vanilla beating well, add bran cereal. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix with butter and sugar mixture. Stir in oats, raisins and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool 1 min on cookie sheet and remove to wire rack. Makes about 12 dozen small cookies.
