    Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, sliced (remove)
    Flour Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    *Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 6 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)


Place marinated chicken on clean lightly oiled broiler. Cook chicken until it reaches minimum temperature of 165 degrees F.

Slice chicken into 32 to 40 pieces. Sauté tomato, onion and peppers. Place tortillas in the microwave for 14 seconds.

Serve with pico de gallo or salsa, fat free sour cream, low fat Cheddar cheese and fresh jalapenos.
