Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sausages
    one small onion, cut into strips
    1 1/2 red peppers, cut into strips
    1 pkg sliced, fresh mushrooms
    4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced (or through a press)
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    dried basil, to taste
    dried red pepper flakes, to taste
    Italian seasoning, to taste
    freshly ground pepper, to taste
    1 1/2 cups uncooked low carb pasta (I used dreamfield's brand)

Directions

Slice three sausage links into bite sized pieces. Brown in 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, peppers. Saute until soft. Add can of cooked tomatoes, and seasonings. While sausage and vegetables are cooking, cook pasta al dente. When pasta is done, add to pan and mix to combine. Enjoy!
