    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, strips
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Goya Black beans, 3.5 serving ( 1 can)
    * Water, tap, 0.75 cup
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp


Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Brig to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 miutes. Serve over rice.
