    fajita sauce, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin, 1 tsp (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded (remove)
    *Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 1 flour tortilla, 8 serving (remove)


Slice meat and vegetables into bite size strips. Place meat, tomatoes, onion, scallions, bell pepper, garlic and spices into mixing bowl add sauce and mix well. Warm large skillet over high heat until hot. Add meat and vegetable mixture to pan and cook on high, stirring frequently until meat is done. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese and avocado slices. Makes four servings, two fajitas each.
