    1 can Mixed Veggies - No Salt Added
    1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
    4 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    Juice from Veggies


Combine Corn Starch, Worcestershire Sause, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin and juice from Veggies in medium to large fry pan. Cook over low heat stirring frequently as sauce thickens. Add Veggies, heat throughly. Add Water as necessary to thin sauce to desired thickness.

Ease off on Corn Starch and Worcestershire Sauce for thinner, lower Sodium sauce

Any cooked meat, poultry or fish can be added to Veggie Mix as desired.

Serve over Rice or Noodles
