    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
    *Ortega Picante Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded


cook chicken, add in celery green peppers, and low fat cream cheese until vegetables are soft, spread mixture on to tortilla shell and add picante sauce and cheese. You bake it for an addtional 5 min. at 400 degrees
