Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole grain flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
Directions
1. Grease the bottom and sides of a baking pan and set aside. In a bowl combine flours, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a seperate bowl beat the margarine with a mixer for 30 sec. Continue beating and add in sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat thoroughly. Alternately beat in flour mixture and milk.
3. Tranfer the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the berries on top. Bake in 350 F/ 180 C for 50 minutes until brown. Can be served warm or cool.
