    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    4 potatos - average size
    1 cup of sliced onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp basil
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of mushrooms
    1 cup sliced bell (green) pepper


Cook the ground beef with the onions and bell peppers until beef is cook thoroughly.
Slice 1/8 inch thick slices with the potatoes and place them at the bottom of the dish. (9x13baking dish).
In a large pan or dish mix all ingredients except potatos and mozerella cheese, pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes depending on your oven.
Take out and sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozerella cheese on top and place back in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes until melted.
Take out and enjoy!
