Ingredients

    .5 cup oatmeal
    .5 cup Cream of Wheat cerea
    .5 cup Red River or other multigrain hot cereal mix
    .5 cup wheat germ
    .5 cup oat bran
    .5 cup raisins
    .5 cup mixed dried fruit: cranberries, cherries, blueberries
    .5 cup slivered almonds
    .25 cup protein powder (optional)

Directions

Yield 8 cups cooked;
PREPARATION
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large airtight container to keep for weeks.

PREPARATION
1. To make breakfast use .5 cup dried mixture and from 1 to 1.5 cups water to make 1 cup of cooked cereal

2. Mix and heat on medium-high until boiling. Continue cooking on low heat until mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
