    3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa (I used on the border brand)
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    2 oz fat free cream cheese


Put chicken in slow cooker, sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken, pour salsa and soup over chicken cook on low 6 to 8 hours. At the end stir in cream cheese and allow to melt (10 min or so). Serve over rice. (see my spanish rice recipe)
