    Granny Smith Apples, fresh, 4 large
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Cinnamon, 2 tsp
    Splenda, 1/4 cup


4 Servings

Wash and remove core from each apple. Sprinkle with Splenda and Cinnamon. Stuff apples with the raisins; divide up the raisins equally per apple. Pour one inch of water in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Check the apples to see if they are soft. May need up to one more hour, but don't let them burn; check regularly.
