Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Onion, chopped
    1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean)
    2 cans Diced Tomatoes with liquid
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or basil, oregano, garlic to taste)
    12oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 cups Cheddar Cheese
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 cup water
    3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion and ground turkey in a pan 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, seasoning, and optional additional veggies (mushrooms, green peppers). Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place 1/2 cooked spaghetti in a 9x13 pan. Top with 1/2 meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
