Introduction

Made in the crock pot . Very filling and good for a cold night in. Made in the crock pot . Very filling and good for a cold night in.

Ingredients

    2 chicken breast
    1 1/3 cup chicken broth
    teriyaki sauce:
    2 tbsp. kikoman
    1/4 cup Veri Veri Teryaki
    1/4 cup each - red, green and yellow peppers - diced or in strips
    1/8 cup peanuts
    1 cup dry minute rice - brown

Directions

Chop/slice green, red and yellow peppers.
Dice chicken into bite sized chunks, or a little larger.

Add all items to crock pot and set for 2 hours if chicken is fresh or for 4 hours if chicken is frozen.

If using frozen chicken, its good to go back after a few hours and dice the chicken.
