Introduction

A great way to use up left over turkey breast A great way to use up left over turkey breast
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz spaghetti -
    3/4 C. chopped onion
    3/4 C. chopped red pepper
    3/4 C 2%milk
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups chopped turkey breast
    1 6 oz can sliced mushrooms
    1 cup shredded cheese (we use Walmarts Fiesta blend)

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, coat a meduim frying pan with cooking spray put over meduim heat until hot add peppers and onions; saute 5 min or until tender. Combine onion mixture, milk and next 3 ingrediants; stir well. Combine pasta, turkey and mushrooms; toss gently; pour soup mixture over pasta mixture; toss until pasta is well coated, pour into a 9x13 pan that is sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and chill ofr 8 hours or over night. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered an additonal 5 minutes. Serves 6
