Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Success Brown Rice Boil in Bag, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 8 leaf, large (remove)
    Horizon Organic 2% milk, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

brown beef and boil rice. boil cabbage about 5 minutes to soften. beat egg and mix with milk, onions, salt pepper, ground beef and rice.
stuff into leaves. mix tomato sauce worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. cover cabbage rolls. bake 425 for 30 min.

  • Being Ukranian I thought hey, lets give these a try. Sorry just did not hit the spot. I think the egg, milk, sugar and lemon juice just threw it off. I would try doing them without those ingredients. I liked the worcestershire sauce mixed with the tomatoe sauce. Also sodium is also way to high. - 2/21/09
