Number of Servings: 8


    1 1/2 lbs, lean hamburg
    1 sm cn tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c oats (any brand)
    1 lg egg
    1 pkt Lipton Onion Soup Mix (Dry)
    ***EXTRA 1 sm cn sauce optional ***


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix onion soup pkt, egg, sauce and oats until well combimed.
Mix into hamburger until well blended.
I lightly spray a loaf pan with PAM and put meatloaf into pan.
Let bake for 1 hr 15 minutes. Top should be crunchy and nice. (May place optional cn of sauce on top of meatloaf)
