    4 cps baby carrots
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp juice from an orange
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger


Cook carrots as you normally would. while carrots are cooking, thoroughly mix other ingredients into a small cup. when carrots are almost done cooking, microwave honey ginger mixture in microwave for 30 seconds or until warmed. stir in with cooked carrots and serve. Ingredients can be substituted for lower cal versions
