    2 Jennie O Turkey Sausage Patties
    2 Eggs, Scrambled
    1 Hashbrown
    1 Tbsp. Salsa
    1 Packet of Weight Watchers Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3 Flour Tortillas
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Place both sausage patties and hashbrown in nonstick skillet
Heat both sausage patties breaking them up as they cook. Allowing hashbrown to cook on the side
Break up hashbrown with sausage and cook together until done.
Add beaten eggs. Mixing all ingredients together.
Add salsa when eggs are almost done.
Top with shredded cheese.
Warm tortillas.
Divide egg mixture into thirds and place on tortillas.
