    1 19 oz can chick peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
    3 tbsp tahini
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp cumin
    salt and pepper to taste


Combine together in food processor until desired consistency.

Makes about 10 1/4-cup servings.
