Ingredients

    4 cups chopped hard boiled eggs
    1/4 cup pickle juice
    5 tablespoons light mayo
    1 tsp mustard
    2 tbls dried crushed parsely
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 small onion grated
    2 tbls each: sweet and dill pickle relish

Directions

Mix all ingredients, chill and serve.
