    3 oz beef, loin cut
    1 cup fresh snow peas
    1/2 bell pepper, green
    2 green onions
    1 tsp canola oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1/3 tbsp sesame seeds


Slice beef into half-inch strips on a separate cutting board.
Chop green onions; core,seed and slice pepper into strips; mince garlic, set aside.
Wash and trim snow peas and set aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat oil on low-medium heat and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Raise heat to medium and add beef; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, add vegetables and teriyaki sauce and stir-fry about 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender, but still crisp.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
