Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 21large (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 10 grams (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Parsley, 10 sprigs (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

If you cook this recipe on the stove it could take 20 to 30 minutes. I prefer to use a slow cooker (6 hours on low). Use any light spaghetti sauce of your preference to cook the meat balls in. I used a vegetable spaghetti sauce.
