Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breast, cubed and cooked
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    8 cups cooked egg noodles (cooked and drained)
    1 large bunch of broccoli, chopped and steamed 5 minutes
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Cook all ingredients needing cooked (chicken, noodles, and broccoli).

Mix sauce in a separate bowl (soups, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder)

Put noodles in greased 9 x 13 pan. Layer broccoli and chicken on top. Pour sauce over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Can uncover and brown under broiler just before serving, if desired.

Serves 8-10 people. I calculated it for 10 servings
