Introduction
I got the recipe from my sister in law. It is her family's favorite chicken. My boys love it too. If you really like garlic you might want to increase the amount. One of my boys (husband really) doesn't care for it so I just sneak in a little bit. I got the recipe from my sister in law. It is her family's favorite chicken. My boys love it too. 4 Chicken Breast * read instructions
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl:
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated or shredded
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
I like to pound the chicken breast flatter so they are more even and cut each breast in half so I have 8 servings, or I'll cut them into strips to stretch it a bit more.
Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then dip in the dry mixture. Place in sprayed baking dish (around 9 x 13). Drizzle the leftover dry mixture on top followed by leftover butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Makes eight servings, 1/2 breast each.

This is a delicious recipe. You can use olive oil instead of butter. Also, I use fresh garlic instead of powdered and add parsley. Every time, I make this, it's a hit. So yummy! - 11/3/11

I agree--I would totally use olive oil now instead of butter! I think I'll have to make this for dinner again soon!
