    1 lb 4% ground beef
    3 cups (26 oz jar) spaghetti sauce
    1.5 c water
    1.75 c ricotta (15 oz container)
    2 c mozzarella cheese
    .5 c grated parmesan
    2 eggs
    .5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp pepper
    9 pieces (1/2 box) Healthy Harvest lasagna, uncooked


Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3 quart saucepan over medium high heat, brown meat; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 10 min. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 c sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 UNCOOKED pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce; cover with 1 c sauce. Spread half the cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake additional 10 min or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 min before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
