Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 cup salsa
    1 tsp chili powder
    8 whole wheat tortillas
    1/2 fat free sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 475. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In large skillet brown meat and onion. Stir in garlic, salsa and chili powder. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into center of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in baking pay. Spray tops with cooking spray. Bank for 12-14 minutes or till golden brown. For each serving pave a chimichange on a serving plat spoon a tablespoon sour cream over top. I also put a bit of salsa on the top and sometimes some shredded 2% cheese (not included in nutritional info)
