    1 1/2 pounds boneless stewing beef, cubed
    30 baby carrots diced
    2 large potatoes, diced
    2 large sliced peppers
    1 onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic
    1 bottle 32oz Veggie Juice (like v8)
    2 T sugar

    Pinch of rosemary, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Brown Beef. Add onion, garlic Peppers until soft. Add remainder of ingredients. Bake 5 hours at 250. Or throw into a crockpot for 8 hours on low.

  • This recipe has a whole lot of flavor. If I make it again I will omit the cinnamon (I probably added more than a pinch). A great change of pace for beef. - 8/17/08
