This soup is so bright and fresh! It is also great over stuffed pasta. This soup is so bright and fresh! It is also great over stuffed pasta.

Ingredients

    4 1/4 cups canned or stewed tomatoes
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp dried basil
    Dash pepper
    1/8 cup of onion soup mix
    3/4 cup half and half cream

Directions

In a sauce pot combine tomatoes, garlic powder, dried basil, pepper and onion soup mix. Boil for 20 min. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 min then add the cream.
