    # Pacific Natural Almond milk, 120 gram (remove)
    # Yogurt Goat Org., 120 serving (remove)
    # Vanilla Bean, 1 serving (remove)
    # Gelatin - 1 envelope (1 tbsp), 2.5 gram (remove)
    # Honey, 3 tsp (remove)


sprinkle gelatin over milk in a small saucepan; let stand for 10 minutes. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean, and add seeds and bean to milk mixture. Cook the milk mixture over medium-low heat 10 minutes or until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly with a whisk. Increase heat to medium, and add honey. Remove from heat. Let cool 15 min. Stir in yogurt. Remove and discard vanilla bean. Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture into each of 3 small glasses. Cover and chill 6 hours or until set. Top each serving with berry jam. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
